Within this new structure, we are currently developing a modern and proactive way of attracting candidates, with a professional and inclusive recruitment process, and a unique employee value proposition. As one of our team members is leaving the organisation, we would like to bring on board a dynamic and well-organised Talent Acquisition Expert for a permanent position.

Profile

How you will make a difference

You will help us to ‘change finance to finance change’, by being responsible for and continuously improving our recruitment processes and employer branding activities. As a Talent Acquisition Expert, you will play a vital role in building our community and ensuring that we hire professionals with a strong connection to our mission and values.

Together with your team you will:

  • initiate and lead various recruitment projects, gradually building your expertise in the assigned area
  • source, attract, assess and hire the right candidates in a timely manner to support our business objectives while ensuring an excellent candidate experience
  • support and challenge hiring managers in setting up the process, consulting on requirements, preparing job ads, and selecting candidates for interview
  • act as subject matter expert providing insights around labour market specific, candidate sourcing and assessment methodologies and recruitment process effectiveness
  • participate in the testing, configuration and implementation of a new Applicant Tracking System
  • be the ambassador for the values and mission of Triodos at external events

Furthermore, it is expected that you will have:

  • proven experience in end-to-end recruitment cycle, ideally in both agency and in-house
  • experience in organising and coordinating employer branding activities
  • good understanding of the local market specifics and the Dutch labour law
  • proficiency in using various sourcing and assessment methodologies
  • excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
  • proficiency in working with recruitment IT systems and MS Office package
  • fluency in Dutch and English in both speaking and writing

Your future colleagues

The Talent Acquisition team in the Netherlands currently consists of three professionals, two TA Experts and the TA Lead. The team drives all recruitment and employer branding activities in the Netherlands and cooperates with Triodos offices in other countries. The team is also part of the wider HR Centre of Expertise, which includes Co-worker Experience, Learning & Development, Talent Management, and Equity, Diversity & Inclusion areas.

You will report directly to the Head of HR CoE and cooperate closely with the TA Lead and other team members.
