Co-workers are involved in developing the organisation’s mission, and we encourage collaboration across departments. Everyone attends a regular team meetings and all new co-workers are given a comprehensive induction into Triodos Bank's way of working. We also organise meetings at lunchtime or after work that offer an opportunity to discuss various subjects or to listen to a presentation from an invited guest. Those sessions are open to all, and anyone is welcome to suggest a subject.
An inspiring working environment
Our award-winning sustainable head office is based in Driebergen-Rijsenburg, the Netherlands at De Reehorst Estate, just a 3 minutes’ walk from the train station. Whenever you are at the office, it is an inspiring place to work and connect with your colleagues. One of the interesting facts about it is that we can completely take the building apart and move it to a new location. Curious to see more of our office building, then please visit: www.triodos.nl/reehorst
We work in a hybrid model, which means we also care about you having a safe, and healthy place to work at home. If you need support, we’ll consult with you on your working conditions, provide recommendations, and offer a budget for necessary equipment.
