Our organisation has grown in both scale and complexity over the last few years, which creates more opportunities for young people to join us. Currently we would like to bring on board a dynamic and positive-minded student to support and learn from our controlling team during a 6-month internship.
Profile
How you will make a difference
You will help us to ‘finance change to change finance’, by supporting our Group Control team. As a part of your daily routine, you will contribute to one or more of the main objectives of the team:
- Rolling forecast & budgeting
- Commercial and impact management
- Cost management
- Business advisory

To be successful in this role, you will:
- be a motivated student (HBO or WO) who is eager to learn and interested in further development within financial or business control
- be very well organised and able to manage your time in an efficient way
- have strongly developed communication skills and be open to people
- be accurate and pay attention to details
- have good command of English both written and verbal (knowledge of Dutch, German or Spanish is desirable, but not essential)
Your future colleagues
You will become part of an international controlling team which consist of business, financial and impact controllers with mixed backgrounds. Due to cultural diversity and the international scope, our team language is English. The team reports directly or indirectly to the Group Director Controlling who is accountable for all group and country control activities and who is responsible for the Group Business Planning Process.
